Baked Stuffed Pork Chops

What you will need:
4-5 Boneless Pork Chops
1 Can cream of chicken soup
1 Box stuffing (or 3 cups prepared)

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees

2. Cook stuffing according to instructions

3. Place 3/4 of the stuffing on bottom of 13x9 dish place pork chops on stuffing. Place remaining stuffing on top of porkchops.

4. Pour can of soup over pork chops

5. Bake for 1 hour.

This is best with some sort of veggie (I like peas and corn)

Oven Baked Rack of Ribs

Oven Baked Rack of Ribs

Preheat oven to 300 degrees

1. Season ribs with any rub of your choice or slightly rub on a small amount of bbq sauce of your choice.

2. Place in heavy duty foil and seal it completely

3. Cook for 3 hours


These will be the best fall off the bone ribs ever cooked in the oven! This is served best with mashed potatoes and corn on the cob!

Parmesan Crusted Chicken / Parmesan Garlic Red Potatoes

These can be done at the same time thus saving you time serve with a veggie if you like ;)

Parmesan Crusted Chicken

You will need:
1 pkg thin boneless skinless chicken breast (tenders ok)
3/4 butter
2 Garlic Cloves minced
1 Cup italian style bread crumbs
1/3c Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. Melt butter and garlic in pan over med. heat. Allow to cool slightly

3. Mix together remaining ingredients (except chicken)

4. Dip cleaned chicken breast into butter mix then coat with dry mixture. Place in slightly greased pan.

5. Bake for 45-50 minutes (until juices run clear)



Parmesan Garlic Red Potatoes

1/4 cup butter
1 tbs Parmesan cheese
2 tsp garlic minced
salt to taste
1 lemon juiced
2lbs red potatoes

1. Melt butter, garlic, salt, and lemon juiced

2. Wash potatoes and cut into small chunks coat with above mixture

3. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top

4.Bake covered for 35 minutes uncover bake 15 minutes more.
